This past week I went to my 2nd ShareASale ThinkTank event in Half Moon Bay, CA. Basically it is an invite only conference they put on for some of their affiliates, merchants, and OPM’s. Although I haven’t done a whole lot with ShareASale over the years, they have quickly become my favorite network out there (and that’s not just because they paid for an amazing week).
Here are 5 of the many reasons I love ShareASale and why you should work with them if you haven’t.

I came across this article from the New York times today on how a popular trend among criminals is that they love wearing Yankees hats.

A lot of the questions I get asked by newer affiliates are really good questions, but honestly I can’t answer them as I don’t have the information they are looking for. It generally involves information about offers, demographics, landing page styles, etc. What a lot of people don’t realize, is generally their affiliate managers can give them a ton of valuable information to succeed.

I’m not huge on podcasts, especially when it involves info I can just read online. So many podcasts are filled with people rambling on and on for an hour over content that should take just 5 minutes to spit out. Not saying that all affiliate podcasts are bad, I just don’t enjoy them that much… until now.
Two of my friends, Eric Nagel and Jason Rubacky, started a weekly podcast back in January that is actually really good called Both Sides of the Track. Well, generally you got to fast forward about 15 minutes to get to the good content, but once there, it is golden. Eric is an affiliate/programming genius, and Jason has been an affiliate manager and now works over at ShareASale, so you hear topics from both sides of the spectrum.

I always love to find out new traffic sources, especially when it comes to international traffic. Not only for affiliate marketing offers that I promote, but for some of the direct advertisers I work with. Recently I came across Adjump, which specializes in lead generation in international markets.
