The final day of Affiliate Summit East was pretty relaxing after having the 2 previous days crammed full. In the morning I went to the keynote speech by Peter Shankman of The Geek Factory. He totally blew it out of the water. This guy is exciting to listen to and very smart. If you missed it, you can check the entire keynote out at his website.
At the keynote I met with Geno Prusakov of AM Navigator. We have chatted before through Twitter and had never met before, so it was great to finally meet him in person. If you aren’t familiar with him, check out his blog as he updates it every day with great information on affiliate marketing.
After that I went to lunch with James Seligman and David D. Ochoa at Rays Pizza. Awesome New York style pizza that was really good. We were going to go to Carnegie deli but the line was incredibly long and we didn’t have much time. We headed back to the Hilton and went through the exhibit hall real quick and made a few more connections and said goodbye to a few people. I then headed to the subway to take me to the JFK airport to end my New York experience. It was an amazing conference and I’m already looking forward to the Vegas conference in January. If you’ve never been to one before, you HAVE to go.
I’ll be writing more over the next few weeks of some things I’ve learned, thought of, and am doing so keep checking back for some great stuff.

Cool, I’ll be coming back then.
I really enjoyed Peter’s session and was surprised to hear that he was an AOLer. So, I did breakfast with Geno before Peter’s keynote, went to Rays Pizza that day for lunch. It sounds like we were at the same place yet managed to miss each other
