With so many affiliate networks trying to get you to use their network, it can be difficult to know which ones are quality and which ones are crap. While talking to different affiliates I’ve realized that everyone has different opinions on networks. My philosophy is to try them out and form an opinion for yourself. Recently I decided to sign up for Clickbooth, which is definitely one of the largest CPA networks around, to see what I thought.
Since signing up I have to admit that Clickbooth is a quality affiliate network (and not just because they interviewed me). Although they are a huge network with around 120 employees, the personal service I’ve received has been outstanding. I’ve joined many smaller networks and most haven’t compared to the guys over at Clickbooth. Another thing that they have going for them is the huge number of offers. They probably have over 500 exclusive offers on top of many offers that other networks carry, plus excellent payouts. Many of their offers have custom landing pages designed in house and are pretty dang beautiful.
Another aspect of their business that I really like is how they are setting standards for blog/review style landing pages. Some affiliates might not like this so much, but I think it is great. Their goal of setting regulations for publishers is to help protect both the publisher and the consumer.
The Clickbooth Blog
I think if I was giving out awards, I would definitely give Clickbooth the award for best network blog. For one it was designed by Unique Blog Designs and is just freakin cool to look at. (Yes, I’m a little jealous of the look). On top of just a great design, there is always some good information that is relevant to affiliates. Eric Schechter, who is the really cool guy in charge of the blog, does an amazing job at keeping it updated with useful stuff that isn’t just tooting Clickbooths horn, but is useful to all affiliates.
